The history of the oldest club in the world, which split to form Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday.

Small 8vo. 72pp. Illustrated. Original glossy white boards decorated with the club's badge. Some minor staple rust stains inside. Some old tape marks to boards. A good copy of this key history of football in Sheffield from its earliest days. This copy came from the private collection of the great cricket (and sometimes football) writer and broadcaster John Arlott, with a dedicated note inside.
